DE AAR / DROOGFONTEIN SOLAR FARMS

Photographing by ground and air, Mainstream RP's two latest solar farms in South Africa.  Droogfontein, just outside Kimberley in the Northern Cape supplies the Eskom gridline with 85,458 MWh per year – enough electricity to meet the needs of 20,000 average South African households. The 50MW De Aar solar park generates sufficient electrical energy to meet the needs of 20,000 average South African households.
